Nathan Carter will be coming to Rockland GAA on Sunday, June 18th! Gates will now open at 2 PM with music beginning at 3 PM. The Narrowbacks and Perfect Strangers have just been announced as the opening acts. Pre-sale tickets are now available.
The concert will be outdoors so plan accordingly. Anyone attending the show will be allowed to bring their own chairs to the venue. Rockland GAA will have limited seating. Hot food, snacks and drinks will be available for purchase.
Nathan Carter is one of the biggest names on the Irish music scene and is fast becoming a big name all over the UK with his fine performances that include the mega-hit song Wagon Wheel.
Nathan and his six-man band perform a great variety of country, Irish, pop, and ballads - music for everyone of all ages. Nathan is an expert accordion player, so you can expect a bit of hand-clapping, foot-tapping hooley, and a superbly entertaining show that will make you want to see him again and again.
To date, Nathan has recorded six number-one albums in Ireland and his new album – 'The Morning After' is out in December 2022. The 12 tracks on the album include the singles ‘This Journey’, ‘Keg Of Brandy’, ‘The Morning After’, and the collaboration with one of Ireland’s up-and-coming folk bands Ceol ‘Heave Away'.
Tickets
All tickets were emailed immediately after purchase. If you cannot find them, go to your email and search “Ticketleap”. The subject line should be “Your Tickets - Nathan Carter at Rockland GAA”. If you still cannot find the tickets, please send an email to [email protected] with the name of the person who purchased the tickets and the email address that was used. The tickets will then be resent to the purchaser’s email.
When you arrive at the gate, present your tickets to the scanner before entering. Have your tickets ready before you get to the gate. If you are showing a ticket that has already been scanned, you will be denied entry.
Parking
Please see the map attached to see the 6 approved parking lots. Handicap parking is available in the main Rockland GAA parking lot. There may be traffic so plan enough time to arrive. Carpool or get dropped off if possible.
Seating
There is no reserved seating for this event and there is limited seating. Everyone is welcome to bring their own folding chair, beach chair, or blanket.

Food & Drinks
Rockland GAA’s concession stand will be open for hot food, chips, candy, sodas, and water. The concession stand accepts cash. Drinks will be served at the main bar inside the Clubhouse as well as at the satellite bars around the grounds. All bars will accept cash and credit cards.
ATM
An ATM is located inside the right corner of the Clubhouse bar.
